Student Assistance Program
During the upcoming school year, Kingman High School students will have the opportunity to participate in peer support groups. These voluntary support groups are a part of our Student Assistance Program. The goals of these groups are to increase students’ self-esteem, decision making, life skills, communication skills and problem solving strategies. It is our belief that in building these personal skills our students will be better equipped to effectively cope with the peer pressures, school related stress and other issues of concern. Peer Support Groups meet weekly and are scheduled so that students are only away from a class once every six weeks. Groups meet for one class period, and are considered a school activity so will be an excused absence. Facilitators are specially trained teachers, staff and community members. The training model is used by schools across the nation as part of the National Student Assistance Program. If you would like any further information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us to learn more about the program at 692-6446.
Transcript Request
Former KHS students who are in need of their transcripts may obtain them through the Guidance Office. In order to protect our students' privacy, we cannot accept verbal requests.
Students and parents who are listed on the transcript may come to the Guidance Office during office hours to make a request. A photo ID is required to process all documentation.
Anyone living out of the area (and therefore unable to make a visit to the school) may submit a letter of request through mail, email, or fax instead. The following information must be included in the letter:
- Name at time of graduation/withdrawal
- Birth date
- Date of graduation/withdrawal
- The address where the transcripts are to be mailed
Please mail the letter to the school along with a clear copy of your photo ID to:
Kingman High School

If you prefer, you may also fax or email the letter along with a clear copy of your photo ID to: (928) 692-1507 or Richard Foutch at rfoutch@kusd.org.
Please note that an official transcript cannot be faxed or emailed. Transcripts will be mailed to the address specified in the letter of request.
There is NO charge for this service.
